Our team
André Collin
President and CEO
André spent 17 years at a large international private equity fund specializing in real estate, equities, and financial assets, where he led the real estate division and served as Global President. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President of Real Estate Investments at PSP Investments, managing over $4 billion in invested equity. He also served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Cadim (Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec), overseeing a global real estate portfolio worth over $20 billion. He has a CPA designation and holds a B.B.A. from HEC Montréal and an M.B.A. from McGill University.
Pierre-André Themens
Senior Advisor
Pierre-André was managing partner at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg for 17 years and served as a lead lawyer for over 40 years in complex mergers and acquisitions, finance, and real estate transactions. He sits on several boards of cultural and philanthropic organizations. He holds a law degree (LL.L) from the Université de Montréal.
Jessica Collin
Vice President Strategy and Legal Affairs
Before joining Colvest in 2022, Jessica served as Vice President Legal for Latin America at Hudson Advisors in São Paulo, Brazil. Prior to joining Hudson Advisors in 2017, she worked as legal counsel at the Aldo Group. Mrs. Collin began her legal career at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg before continuing at Fasken in their Real Estate Department.
She holds an LLB from the Université de Montréal.
Alexandre Collin
Vice President Investments and Business Development
Alexandre built his career at a large international private equity fund, where he spent ten years, including four in the global portfolio management team, analyzing the firm’s fund performance. He first joined as an intern before transitioning to a full-time role in 2021. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from HEC Montréal and a master’s degree in finance from the Université de Sherbrooke.
Francois Dumont
Maintenance and Operations Manager
Before joining the Colvest team, Mr. Dumont, a trained cabinetmaker, spent over 30 years at a national retailer, holding various operations-related positions across different departments.
